Whatever fits you best However even the basic Ikea model with lumbar support is miles ahead of any other chair when it comes to comfort, you should check that out if you have a chance.

where did u found ergohuman on eu online stores?

You will have to google it, it's sold by many companies under different names ( Raynor Ergohuman, Eurotech Ergohuman, Ergomax Ergohuman etc ) - all those ergohuman chairs are manufactured in China by one company and then are being re-sold by various companies all around the world.

Good review man, was nice to hear more your thoughts on some chairs, going to go check some out in a couple weeks but seems like i will like the embody if it fits me like it did you

Thanks, and yeah - make sure you check it out before you buy it - edzwoos and Jas0ns post show why u should do that.

Everyone is different, and it will vary what will fit you best!

Yeah I recently went and got an ergonomic chair, Ive tested them all and they are pretty much the same from the cheapest to the most expensive. I like it but I cant really say its better than the old standard leather one I had.

I already have what I consider to be a comfy chair, will check out the Markus chair and see what I think.
Nice post and I look forward to the next post about grinding setup.

I bought an Aeron and Jason bought an Embody. Jason literally keeps the Embody in the corner of his room now and hangs his clothes on it. He bought a $200 chair that Teng (Acckerman) has, which is actually really really comfortable: http://www.staples.com/Staples-Valeri...s-Mid-Back-Chair-Black/product_796525

None of us really thought the Embody was all that great, much less worth the price tag. My Aeron is really awesome though.

That is some good news to see longterm what you guys have liked, maybe the embody is just for show then ha. I need something good for 10hours+ a day

Very good blog post Defrag. What did you end up getting for yourself? I can get an embody for 1.1k euro in Europe, is it 2k in Poland? Ergohuman seems the best deal choice for Europe.

Im trying to get Embody at decent rate, but this seems impossible. If I find a good price, then its either 8 weeks wait or 300eu for shipping ;/

been using an Aeron for the last ~6 years and the condition is still great. when youre buying something that lasts a decade++ and you use everyday then it's pointless to sweat the cost difference between $100 and $1000 if the latter is even only a little better, if you can comfortably afford the initial outlay.

Have you considered Herman Miller's Mirra 2 (http://www.hermanmiller.com/products/seating/performance-work-chairs/mirra-2-chairs.html) ?
When I tested their chairs it seemed "reasonable" choice and decent value for money.
