can i still get 4% of his rakeback as well as the referral bonuses? can he also get a referral bonus? does this change if he just recently created an account?
If he already created an account without rakeback then he can't get rakeback anymore.
Unfortunately FTP decided half a year ago to cut all affiliate commission drastically and a refer a friend commission on new signups is undoable nowadays. Margins are real tin.
