what is he check raising though? if he only check raises draws and sets yeah i'd call this.

The only hands a nit balances in his range are the nuts, the second nuts, and the third nuts.

he have lots of overcards and missed draws in his range, given the odds you can't do nothing but call

A decent part of his range is draws. Is there any merit to shove on the turn for value as well as protection?
