Hand 1 I think can go either way. I guess it sucks to be oop but the dubble suitedness makes it less bad. We'll flush over flush people a lot and assuming that most of the players involved sucks (and preferably that you know how they suck) I'd be cool with this.
Vs good players without a very aggressive dynamic I'd probably go for the flat call and hope that someone does something silly almost all of the time. With 100bbs I'd be cool with 4betting this though. I do, however, think that we should always pot this pf if we decide to raise with the only exception being if some shovehappy shortie is involved and we want to give him an opportunity to raise so that it makes it legal for us to ship.
Hand 2 I'd go bigger. 16 on the flop, then like 44 into 52 on the turn and 120+ into 140 on the river and puke if he shoves (then it all depends on your general impression of him). I think that this deep it's important to make the pot really big and if you want to potcontroll you should do that by checking back the river rather then betting smaller on earlier streets since the guy probably won't bluffraise you too much on this board unless he's absolutely crazy. |

Hand 1 : PF is standard, get that shit in on the flop, im betting close to pot like 75, commit urself
Hand 2: PF is fine, cant really do anything horrible PF when ur this deep, although i do prefer hands with more possibilites for the nuts 350+bb deep. Ur turn sizing is fine, I might bet bigger here since ur deep and im basically just trying to extract max value from fish who cant fold. Against better regs I balance sizing here, sometimes I bet like 23 here (same thing ill stab w/AAxx or a low rap here), sometimes full pot. |
