no reads vs villain. i do believe that he could have raised a FD on the flop to see a cheap river but then he bet the turn so i was lke meh. based on his turn sizing, i'd say he doesnt have 99 since he'd just barrel harder to get more value out of my overpair. is this river a call or fold? also i feel like there's nothing i can realli do vs that flop minr. like if i 3b, i'm not reali getting called by worse but calling and then checking turn gives him soo much control. overall what should i do on the flop when this happens? also wat about on the river?

flop feels like a showdown raise, turn can't do anything, river i'm folding

i think you could cib 3bet the flop actually just to make the hand super easy because he's going to snap flat it with a flush draw or 9 or whatever and 4bet with anything better. i mean in practice i'd never do this and it sounds retarded but it might not be awful vs someone who's so bad.

Not sure if I fold river

would 3bet the flop if it was 992?

The only hands a nit balances in his range are the nuts, the second nuts, and the third nuts.

I wouldn't. But on this flop, I think a 3bt is ok.

Paired flops is actually rly bad to rr, because your range is stupidly narrow. But it seems from my experience, a lot of people like to do it anyway. With like a medium pair, an ace, or the nuts.

So read dependant, if the villain aint that good, he might be doing it with the first hands, if he's rly solid, he's with the nuts. And best approach is to just 3b there on the flop get it in, or fold to the raise.

If you got reads he's an aggro'ish type of player, I see merits to calling and let him bluff off his stack with A high

If I'm continuing with the hand I 3bet flop, if I decide to flat, I prolly c/r turn. c/c c/c lines are going to get you in really harry spots. But I dont play FR so who the fck knows
