NL50 QQ vs 3bet 150 bb deep

What to do here?

Villian is 19.86/15.07 with a 3bet percentage of 6.78 over 140 hands.

I had been playing rather loose, about 30/22, before this hand occured.

- Should I only call his 3bet and look the flop up since we are pretty deep and fold to most A:s, or

- Should I go ahead 4betting him ( he had not seen me 4 bet before)?. If this alternative is chosen, what is my natural respond to his instashove as per below? I found it natural to call since I was pretty sure he held AK, which I still think he does most of the time.

calling is fine, 4betting is fine too. 4bet/folding is not fine imo. if you 4bet you have to call his shove.

Agreed.

I think both options are fine, but since you will be in position for the rest of the hand i think calling here is better.
If you were OOP 4betting is good.
