I play at Microgaming and I have two software problems regarding the waiting list:
1) I am very often kicked off for tables in the waiting list.
2) Sometimes the poker interface crashes when I try to add a table to the waiting list.
Today I had a discussion with my poker manager about this and he answered that it might be my computer, because he hadn't heard these problems before.
Now I can imagine that many players don't take the effort to complaint, so I want to ask Unibet/Microgaming players if they have these problems too.

Well, I have had similar problems on other site, but back then I was with a relatively old PC, so when I bought my new (Intel Core Duo) the problem get fixed by itself.So... not really a 100% way to say where the problem is, but if you play from a really outdated PC...well you really should consider buying new one. |

The problem could be:
1. Your computer-not too likely poker rooms don't have demanding software.
2. Your internet connection, part of which can be that your ISP is throttling your account. It's illegal for them to do it but they do it often anyway.
3. People have hacked into your router and are stealing your internet connection.
4. Micro's software does not entirely support vista.
5. you've become part of a zombie network and people are using your pc the same time you are. |

Yes, waiting list sux. Also, the software uses way too much system resources, so having 10 tables open might be a problem for an average older computer. Other than that the software is quite fine though.
As for games - 25/50+ is pretty much dead, 5/10 and 10/20 dont have enough action recently for a regular grinder, so if u wanna grind those stakes, you either need to add another site(s) or add some mid stakes tables to the mix. |

Maybe I know the reason. I think it's because it's a company that doesn't have his shit together and stinks more than Cake but doesn't get the same heat; http://bit.ly/9rD4bw |

mehhh...bad news for me, recently moved to MG skin which is not really well known games are so soft, it's hard now to leave
in the begining I planned to put some small amout in cashier at leave it this way, not to make it too big in case sth bad happens
after that i heard about this scandal with 28 skins, now this...I don't really know what to do ;/ |

Don't put your entire bankroll on that site, in that way you can reduce your risk. |

did it in first place when I made my 1st deposit
it's so hard to leave such nice games, but RB is also nice income, Ladbrokes or unibet don;t offer it, at least for microgrinders |

i got it from friend, it's paid via shopping in VIP store, once a month i get points and can buy money packages, rate is 45%, this is first month so will se about that
but another friend who used to play there, told it's all good, but i'm still concerned about how MG trats their customers ;p |

I had the same problem with the software. Never got the thing with the waiting list fixed. The crashing often occured when i did waitlisting over table finder. I think it has something to do with the graphics. If you do stuff to fast in the software it can crash. So i just manually opened the tables i found in tablefinder and did every action in the software, that opens a window or something with 1 or 2 seconds delay, so no active processes overlap. Also i have Vista too. |
