pretty much a toss up dude.. if u havnt been 3betting him all over the place, hell prob fold 1010 jj maybe qq here. If he calls and shows one of those hands take a note.

looking at his ptr and without other reads, im prob not gunna fire that third barrel, seems too likely to call with like TT/JJ, maybe not even fire the 2nd one either
whats his fold to 3b% like?

at the time fold to 3b etc was irrelevant with the minimal hands we'd played (~30 maybe) which is also why I expect him to play straight-up without knowing much about me.

also I'm only barreling turn to 100% follow up on the river to get folds from TT, 9x, 67 type hands.. whether this is good logic, I'm not sure.

No likey. After he calls flop I don't see him folding anything on that turn unless he floated complete napkins, and after he calls the turn I don't see him folding anything on that particular river... seems very bad and spewy. Guess it could be ok if he's on the level where he's like "well I guess he is just NEVER bluffing in this situation", but most people are only playing their hands even at $1/$2 so I don't think this is even close to neutral EV =o

One day good. One day bad. And some days, even hope

well u guys have to remember the avg 3bet % at these games is 3-4% sometimes lower. Most regs just arent 3barrelling here as bluffs that often.

what we are doing here is testing villians ability to fold a JJ type hand.. it's a super cloudy flight - one of those spots where what he does is not as important as our ability to adjust to it

Just from how the hand is played, from his turn call, hes going to call the river, especially the board paring. I have no idea what he called with but i know he called your river bet. Like i said, on the turn he already made up his mind with TT+ that he was going to call the river bet. Maybe you could bluff on a K or J river, but not when it pairs.
