50c/$1PLO 3bet vs TAG

Been playing with villain for around 400 hands, he's playing 19/15 with 9.9% 3bet (17% specifically Small Blind vs Steal). The only hand I've seen him showdown after 3betting was KJT8 double suited though so I just assume he has a pretty standard 3betting range of Aces, good Kings, good single suited or double suited high cards and good rundowns. He's cbet $13 every time I've called him so I don't think he has any sizing tells, and so far I've either folded on the flop or called flop to fold later.

Sorry if these spots are standard, I'm really inexperienced in PLO and I dunno what hands he's going to get it in with on the flop if I raise, how good my equity is vs said range etc. I do know that my hand is super vulnerable if I just flat and I do know I'm not folding, so just a standard shove and if I'm behind it's a "cooler"?

Also just checking, preflop open and call of 3bet is super standard? As for sizing, I've been mixing it up between potting, 3xing, 2.5xing and I'm happy with this sizing with more 3bet/fold opponents in blinds and potting with super loose passive tards in the blinds.

Also what kind of raise sizing is optimal here? Just pot shove? So far I've pretty much only been pot raising but I feel like I might want to eventually start including some total air in spots like these so maybe there's a better balanced sizing, such as a minraise? Or is that not really viable in PLO?

Also I guess the title of the thread should by "3bet by TAG" or "3bet pot vs TAG" not "3bet vs TAG"

Fold preflop for starters, if hes 3b alot from sb vs steal I would pick better hands to raise with here. This hand is trash.

As played I dont think im folding so I would try to induce a shove from him, I actually like a minraise or slightly more then minraise here like $30.

pf open is super standard
pf call is super standard
call on flop ip is standard
calling most turns is probably standard as well considering people love to represent AAxx here and barrel turn

i mean, hes 3betting almost his entire range here
