Hi,

I'm going to introduce myself since I'm brand new to the site. I want to first premise everything with the fact that Nazgul gave his permission for me to post this. I stake many MTT players and have had very few complaints from either current or past players about communication or any other issues. To give some scope of my staking activities I have staked out well over 900k on ptp over the last 18 months or so (same name on PTP).

Given all that if you want to be considered for staking please reply to the following:

DO NOT PM ME, POST ALL RELEVANT INFO IN THIS THREAD!

I'm looking for good players who can put in at a minimum of 20 MTTs/week.

Please include the following in your post:

1) PS name (if you don't play there state why)

2) FTP name (if you don't play there state why)

3) Other sites played on with names

4) # of MTTs you can play on a weekly basis (be realistic)

5) Why you are looking to get backed

6) What your expectations for getting staked are

7) References (if you don't have references say that)

8) Any other information you think may be pertinent for me to know.

If I am interested I will PM you. I will never e-mail you prior to PMing you on here.

Thanks for reading!

This guy is pretty legit backer. Probably one of the biggest on PTP if not the biggest.

1) PS name: tutz_aml

2) FTP name: tutz_x

3) Other sites played on with names: None

4) # of MTTs you can play on a weekly basis (be realistic): 50

5) Why you are looking to get backed: Cause I would like to move up from low($3-$50) buyins. I think variance there would be smaller cause the fields are a lot smallers when the buyin increases, even though I understand that the field is a little tuffer to beat there. I think this will help me increase my bankroll a lot faster than doing it myself playing this huge field tournaments.

6) What your expectations for getting staked are: Above

7) References (if you don't have references say that): I don't really know what u mean by references... my only friend here on LP is "player999". I know him personally and we played some live events so I think he can say something about me.

8) Any other information you think may be pertinent for me to know: I started grinding MTT's recently (last month) switching from cash games. I changed to MTT's cause I realized I could make a lot more money doing that when I won the Nightly Seventy Grand @ pokerstars. I took some time to convince myself that I should change to MTT's and to adapt my daily schedule but now that I did I'm feeling really good and confident. I can tell you I'm a commited grinder and I will dedicate myself as much as I can to poker. I've read several poker books and I'm a deucescracked and pokerxfactor member. I would love to play more than 50 MTT's/week but I have a regular job for the brazilian government from 8am to 2pm (monday to friday) and I also have a girlfriend so... well I think that's about the informations you need.

It varies but typical deals go anywhere from 60/40 to 50/50 (60 in backer's favor). It will rarely if ever drop below the 50/50 line.

I can play 80+ just on Sunday. I can easily do 200+/week
5) Why you are looking to get backed
I don't have the roll to withstand the variance of tournaments right now.
6) What your expectations for getting staked are
Be rolled for tourneys and a downswing won't hurt my bankroll/confidence.
7) References (if you don't have references say that)
thewh00sel (here at LP), I have some others at PTP too if you want them.
8) Any other information you think may be pertinent for me to know.
I'm a much sicker player than I was last year. Since November I've been doing analyses using symbolic regression on heavy statistical data to study optimal play against knowns, and probably more importantly, unknowns in dynamic tournament/sng situations. Also I've been doing consultations and finding leaks in peoples' games for income these last few months.
