My question is, should we just jam flop here?

I would start with raising less preflop, 12K, now the pot size is really awkward. oh... now i see his stack, ti doesn't matter vs. him. I'd jam or cbet <10k to induce shove from worse. |

yea just push flop or bet/call
and 12kish is better than 14k
