hahahaha franwan hes no compotent regular, hes awfull, I used to tell him every day I could post my old notes on him if you want since I doubt hes gonna be playing higher any time soon (hes awfull)

Raising becomes especially good if people are folding stuff like TT-JJ type hands / your obviously folding out A high hands very oftne which hes c-betting a TON, given how terrible franwan is I perfer raising since hes bad enough to shove all lower flush draws / your putting all his marginal hands in awfull spots (bascially everything that isnt AA or better is a marginal hand here after you raise him)

As played ... I dont know kinda messed up that its still 3 way, I actually may fold at this point

Yeah this flop hits your range much more than it hits his, plus you have lots of equity and no showdown value. All the ingredients for a raise!
