use standard bet sizes for the various textures/situations. so when u bet in this spot, u should be betting the same amount with any hand u bet. and I think $2 would be a good spot here (4/5 pot). if you did this, you probably would have won a lot more. there's really no reason to bet so little with your range here.

try washing the sand out of your vagina maybe it'll help you get a more steady stream

be sizing...u gotta be betting more here...

An assumption I make here is that ur betting more when ur bluffing and betting a lot less with ur big hands. Just bet the same, eventually people will start calling ur pot sized bets with small holdings...when u have the nuts.

You see...whenever I start feeling sick...I just stop being sick...and be awesome instead...true story...

I'd fold preflop too, this is a pretty terrible hand.

+1 for fold preflop, you're in early position, you're likely to get raised by someone left to act preflop or face multiple calls, both of those situations suck a fat one. Your hand is garbage to begin with and even if everyone folds and it comes back to the limper it's still not even a good situation since your hand is just THAT bad. PLO isn't so much about fold equity as NL, PLO is a lot about raw pot equity, and you're going to be flopping nothing with this hand an extraordinarily large amount of the time. The flush draw isn't that good, the cards aren't very connected and 99 is a shitty pair in PLO, there's just nothing going for it. I'd open this on the button if it folded to me and just dump it the rest of the time.
+1 for betting bigger on flop, i'd prob be betting about 1.75 personally with all my range, varying your sizing isn't that bad against unattentive donks, but if you do vary your size you should be looking to bet bigger with strong hands not smaller. You should be looking to inflate big pots with big hands and put little money in with weak hands in general, that's how poker works.

Anyway, I'd 3bet flop for a few reasons. Firstly donks check raise bluff very rarely in NL, but even less so in PLO in my experience, thus he's likely to have a value hand and thus you want to get more money in asap. It's better to get money in now rather than later because there's a ton of cards that can prevent you from stacking him if you just call. He's never folding 5xxx to a 3bet so you don't have to worry about "keeping him in" or whatever.

So, to answer your question "Is this really the most value i could get out of this hand?" the answer is LOL NO. If you just bet bigger on flop and 3bet his check raise you would've made a LOT more than you did by just calling flop and betting a retardedly small amount on the turn. I wouldn't be surprised if he had like A5T8 or something like that, check raised the flop with 0 intentions of folding, then when that turn card came was somewhat scared of the straight possibility or the possibility of you boating up on the turn and then by the river he beats nothing so he check folds. You played this hand every kind of wrong and made the absolute minimum. Hell, if you do just call the flop, at least bet like $6 on the turn to get the most from his 5xxx hands. I mean your sizing accomplishes nothing, you're clearly not thinking about his range and what you're trying to get called by, he has 5xxx here a ton of the time and for some reason despite that you're trying to put in as little money as possible on the flop and turn, and then suddenly on the river you decide to bet huge after his 5xxx is worthless unless he boated up, you just got this hand completely backwards at every point in the hand.

One day good. One day bad. And some days, even hope
