i would bet a lil less then half pot and call a shove. Its hard to know what type of range they are calling 4bets with. But according to the consensus of jam the flop, in the future vs this opponent 4bet a bit bigger with your stacking range to avoid overbetting the flop on your jam.

I can't see me ever checking/folding the flop here. C/fold is far too weak a line for me after the 4 bet preflop. I would bet out on flop and take things from there. Check/raise has it's merits also.
