Seems pretty straight forward to me. I doubt he's calling 3 barrels postflop with a hand that's worse than yours so I check and valuebet river or just call his bet unless you've got some crazy dynamics going on.

I don't really like bet check bet lines at all and I feel it's opponent dependant but overall I think this is one of those spots that can go a lot of different ways vs a lot of opponents.
