My login in details were never compromised. Nothing you are banning me for has to do with my account traxamillion or myself. You are banning my account because i have have simply logged in and played poker before on a computer that apparently tried to illegitimately access someone elses account on the 28th. This is a date in which i never used the computer in question or even logged onto my poker account. Do you not have spell check by the way?

I have rakeback coming to the account you closed as well so how is that going to work out.

please provide me at least some explanation of why you are closing my account. just because traxamillion played on computer a doesn't mean that when computer a is used to try to hack someone's account or whatever it is traxamillion's fault.

My little brother trying to guess people's passwords (and i assume trying to access my account illegitimately as well) on a computer that I play poker on, while i am away at work, should not lead to the banning of my legitimate account. Anyone could go to the login screen at the FTP lobby and try to guess passwords. He could go to the library to do this or a friends. He could still do it just as easily on the computer you use as reason to ban my account. I just do not see how banning my account solves any problems or is even fair. If FTP was in a regulated section of the market you would have no legal grounds to do this. My account is independent of any computer i choose to play on. I am simply not responsible for someone elses actions and yet you hold me accountable for them.

Additionally if you will look at the login history of account traxamillion you will see I do not even log in on the 28th. I work 9am-5pm at a travel agency in Hayward Ca which i can prove (alibi) nowhere near where you accuse me of being. So I come by my mom's house before I go to work this morning and she takes me aside and tells me something is wrong with my computer and that my brother is worried to tell me. Sounds a little odd but I just had to reformat since my PC was glitching. He then explains when i bring it up that nothing is actually wrong with my computer. like 2 days ago he was trying to guess some french fish's password when he was notified his sugawolfp1mp account (broke play money acct i believe) was banned for trying to log into someone elses shit. Apparently when they looked at IPs or something they decided to ban my account i have had for years because I have a history of playing on the computer he used to try to"hack". I didn't use that computer on the 28th at all i wasn't even over there for one point and my Traxamillion account was never even logged in. I fail to see how just because some bad shit happened on a computer i use (but didnt even use that day) I am being held responsible.

My brother doesn't give a fuck but now I am out a rakeback account and an opportunity to make money on full tilt the only site i really feel comfortable playing that also has rakeback.

Why not ask Eric to put in a good word for you? He is after all a Pro on FullTiltPoker and associated strongly with LP. Anyone who has 3.4k posts on LP and a plausible explanation such as yours should be given the benefit of the doubt.

A second option would be to e-mail Pokerstars support and tell them your story. Ask very nicely if they might consider giving you Supernova status - which is similar level RB given the current circumstances. I often find them warm and accommodating so anything is possible.

Eric bailed me out once like over a year ago when my bro busted my roll the first time. Super grateful but I don't want to blow this up asking anyone to intervene on my behalf. Just venting here on lp and i guess I should look into playing on stars.
