Hand 1
Villain is some girl who seems pretty much retarded, definitely a huge fish. In the hour and a half I've played with her she's raised MP, got called from the bb, cbet 689ss, got c/c'd, and overbet the pot ~1.5x on a 6r turn (~350 into ~200). Hand didn't go to showdown but she explained to her friend she didn't want to get sucked out on.
Another hand she played she stacked off for 80bbs with tptk like it was the stone cold nuts when it clearly was not.
So I play a hand w/ her:
$550 stacks
She raised UTg, I 3bet KK to 75. She calls.
Flop 794dd
I bet 100 she calls
Turn Ar
I check behind
River Jh
She instantly jams $375 into $350
What do you like? Call or fold?
-------
H2
Villain is unknown I just sat down at the table, except for the hand before he flat my MP raise from CO, near-minraised flop with AK on AK4dd, bet 1/2 pot on the 7r turn and checked behind the Jr river. (I c/c'd with AQdd)
So:
I raise ATdd in the CO, he calls from bb.
Pot is 50
Flop 79jr, I check behind
Turn 8r I bet 40 he c/c
River J
He donks 70
Flat or raise?
---------
Hand 3
My stack: 1k
VillainReg: 650
VillainFish 400
VillainReg is a long term winning regular, and is a nit-spazz. He likes to limp/squeeze small pocket pairs sometimes from EP and also does this with QQ+ about 50% of the time.
I haven't seen him spazz too much postflop though he is a bit bluffy and at that point I would say he "is a little bit of a fan of squeeze plays"
VillainFish is a loose fish who will call it off with a lot of junk and plays pretty bad. He does like to mix it up with some 2 barrel bluffs tho.
UTG VillainFish Straddles for $10
VillainNit limps UTG+1, 2 more limpers, I am in the BB with AKo. I raise it to 55. VillainFish calls in the straddle. VillainNit and one other calls.
Flop K45r
I bet $135 in the $220 (probably a bit small)
VillainFish Calls
VillainNit tanks and shoves for ~$410 more
Random guy Folds
Night2o1: ????
I felt like he was bluffing a lot because I would expect the average reg to flat his sets (and sometimes he would 3bet 22-99 preflop), I knew him as SLIGHTLY spazzy. The biggest things against it that I would see were that I don't think he can ever expect the fish to fold, so I can't see how he would do this with crap.. cuz then it'd be pretty terrible.
Any thoughts?

Hand 1 looks like an easy fold.
Hand 2 stack sizes? Raising is a bit thin, and I think having no idea who this guy is, I might just flat.
Hand 3 I don't think you can ever fold unless you have a solid read that the reg only limp/calls pps. With note that he spazzes, I definitely don't think ths is ever foldable. |

I haven't played live enough to answer 1+2, but 3 is a great spot to stack off. |

lol i remember these hands you showed me last night.
hand 1 - i misread the shorthand on your cellphone somehow and didnt realize there was an ace on the board so i said call, but yeah that's a pretty clear fold.
2- flat
3-cant see myself folding. fwiw i think your bet size is fine for that board too.
disclaimer being that i have only had 2 live sessions now |

hand 1 id bet like 150 on turn fold to shove (assuming no live fish EVER does this with worse when that ace hits the turn) check back river
hand 2 flat
hand 3 i'd make it a tad bigger pre and snapcall this. i think as played it could be a fold, but your cbet size is fine imo. |

hrm hand #2 i like the min raise on river if we deep enough as we can get Jx and some retardedly played over pairs to make a crying call.
hand #1 looks like an easy fold as played. I don't know about shoving for value on the turn or river. Chicks are either crazy agro or just little nit bags.
hand #3 meh go with your gut and reads you got on him and whatever tells you managed to pick up i guess. Cuz really it's hard to imagine him to be bluffing but he could spazz lower kings and maybe the oesd. But the standard is to call. Hard spot if we don't have a clue on what his value range here is either. |

For hand 2, I don't like a raise so much if we're deep. I've seen live players jam deep with a ten here thinking they have the stone cold nuts, and obv puts you in a nasty spot if you have to call off a lot more. If he's pretty much committed to call with whatever he bet on the river, though, I'd jam. |

Hand 1 - is a fold as played I think. May be able to jam turn for value, depends on villain.
Hand 2 - I absolutely love the idea of minraise/folding like TimDawg pointed out, was the first thing that came to mind when I read that hand.
Hand 3 - I don't think this is every foldable, you are beat a fair share but I definitly think you can be good at times as well which makes it a call.
Disclaimer: I've never played live pokerzzz. |
