everest poker

so ive been hanging around the rio and playing some live cash and see everest poker everywhere.

What are the thoughts of people that have played there?

i am curious. what rakeback is like and stuff and the softness of the games

it´s mainly a french poker site, my thoughts:its soft as hell. didnt play there, cause the software tilts me. it´s way slower as ps or ftp.

its full of bumhunters and shortstackers

and no rakeback

and software sucks

I rather recommend Ipoker if u are non USA

you can play from the USA but you cannot register if you are an american. I played there while at Vegas, np.

They advertise because the WSOP are getting more and more coverage in Europe, and they also want to be in the first row if poker becomes OK again in USA.

It used to be by far the nicest site out there, but now it's so-so. You get mad fishs that you don't get anywhere else, crazy french and italians retards that are by far the stupidest persons i've ever seen.

But the games over 1-2 are pretty nitty except for that casual fish now, it's full of bad nit regs now.

Rakeback is approx 25% (loyalty program, not rakeback) you can get an extra 15% on the side, but it's not legal.


Btw, I've played there 3 years and I can tell you the administration of Everest is as brain dead as the french and italians I talked to you about a few lines back. They are the worst, they are so stupid and so fucking clueless of how to run a poker site, it will make you life tilt. It used to be 10bb minimum buy-ins, EVERYBODY been complaining for 3 years about it, and they changed it about 2 months ago, saying that they have listened to the community! Yeah right, they are so stupid, software has like 3-4 big glitchs and everybody been complaining for ever and each time you tell them, they say : Nice, first time we hear about it, we will be working on it! That was 18 months ago.

Also, my friend is VIP there, and he wanted to register for 6 WSOP Events for 10k total, he asked Everest 2 months prior to the WSOP and they said, yes we will register you to all of them and it's cool you can pay with your Everest monies and everything. They confirmed it was going to be done without any worries.

Arriving in Vegas he emails them to make sure everything is ok and they say : Sorry we will not be able to register you to any Events, we apologize.

he told them he will never play there again and Everest didn't compensate him with anything or do anything about it. He's a 2-4 regular playing 60k hands per month

weird that they are blowing all the advertising money

Bigger and more fish on Ipoker than Everest imo

i have 20% rakeback there ._ . it's european so full of frenchies <3 pretty fish XD

you can rebuy after a hand ( in which you lost ) just for couple seconds ( i mean you can click rebuy in precisely like 3 seconds when chips went to a winner ) and then you have to wait till next hand to rebuy

frankly, it's harder than FTP nowadays.
(lots of tables are 6 regs with one or two not that good, but still not to be considered as fish).
There are a lot of Tagfishes-breakevenish players from netherlands, but I don't
think you can make that much money out of them...

Well he is right, same people playing 5-10 on Everest as 25-50 same site.

and that never happens on ftp / stars?
