Starting hand strength (omaha)

How strong of a starting hand is something like



I find it terribly annoying to know I'm holding one of my outs if I flop a SD. A hand like 5678 is money vs an obvious "i have aces" 3bet, but is it worth calling with a hand like this? It just looks so damn pretty

Im no omaha expert but in an aggresive game I would call a 3b with this hand in position.

The pair hurts your ability to make two pair, which sucks, but calling 3bets IP to stack aces is standard. Equities aren't terribly different. I'd muck if someone else calls the 3bet because your hand is most likely going to get beat by better straights/flushes/sets in a multiway pot. I'm obviously no omaha expert either.

I think that a "normal" 3bet fold frequency is near 20%, but not 1%
