So I bought some action from a friend who plays limit 5 card draw since I don't wanna study and it's only fun to watch if I've got a stake in it.

Anyway, he owned some fish HU in a 30/60 game and I argued that any hand would be +ev to raise from the button. Case in point:

Raises are to 60, so you put in 45 to win 45 (sb 15, bb 30); thus you'll autoprofit if he folds half his hands even if you're playing with UNO-cards. Thus it should be good, right?

However, right now and before the HU it was 3-handed. Shouldn't a raise to 60 to steal the blinds (45) show profit if he folds like whatever (lol I to tired, show me the math someone). Also, pos has to be worth something so even if our equity is pretty low we'd probably have like 40% equity in the pot everytime it's called by one and maybe 27ish when it's 2 calls. Would 100% raise on the button be good?

3handed you need 57.1% success

all depends on how much position is worth in this game i guess

Seems like its gotta be good though i know nothing about the game
to give you an idea:
If they each "defend" 25% of the time then their combined defence will be about 43%(just enough), but obvs you can win a huge amount of this back so their actual defence rates will need to be higher, and then their equity goes lower etc etc.
