I hate flatting oop exactly because of this. I'd much prefer a 4bet/fold (since it's deep and he's unlikely to get out of line) then this line which basically leaves you guessing.

AA/AK/JJ/1010/AJs/KQs ? dont think you can take out any of thoose from a 21/19s range just because he has a low 3bet % over just 250 hands

well 4%=/=4% it could be:
a) TT+, AJs+, KQs
b) QQ+,AQs+,22-55
c) etc.
it's hard to tell, he seems to be agressive preflop, but we don't know which side of range he use

Right, because 7 tabling unknown regs 2 barrel this turn and shove the river with AQ enough to make this a snap call with AK

Ain't this going to be a fold?

AA/AK/AQ/AJ/AT/TT/JJ/KQs/JTs

We beat 1 hand AQ and were chopping with the other AK.

If villan is a cometent good bettor I'm bailing on turn

I would 4bet most of the time as well

Well if you say he is competent, put yourself in his shoes. What could he be barreling here that you are beating? AQ and FD are the only things that come to mind. I don't think many NL400 regs have the balls to shove missed flush on river this deep, so I am definitely against calling river.

By turn though, you have to figure that most people at NL400 don't generally go nutso on this board. Your hand looks exactly like what it is (at least with just 250 hands worth of history). I think FD checks behind a lot on turn and takes a free card. I would pitch it this time around and keep it in mind for the future. If he keeps playing this aggressively in 3bet pots in the future, you can start calling him down of check-shoving more liberally as well. Without history though, this is a shitty spot for AK, esp OOP.

if i know regular to be in line a lot and we havn't splashed around at all then i don't think we lose much by folding pf to be honest.

but i'm a station so i call and go broke on A high boards to AA.
