Villian is a prima TAGish reg who I'm pretty sure plays high stakes regularly. Havn't seen him play any lower then 5/10 and I've seen him play a lot higher. Not much history between us except that I've minraised his bb a couple of times and he's been reraising them pretty liberally. I called him once and folded vs a 2nd barrel on KJxss. Since he probably only knows me as someone who takes occasional shots at high stakes I'd guess he's not impressed with me, and there's a much higher chance that he has seen me do something really stupid/spewy then actually play good solid poker. Basically, I think he views me as a donk. Possibly over aggro.

Thus, should I valuebet this and if so, how much? Am I calling a shove and if I do check, then I c/f, right?

Sorry if this is a basic spot, but I figured not many hands gets posted in the HS section anymore and I feel that it'd be nice too get my ABC-poker in order^^.

I think its pretty close between bet/fold 300 and check/fold.

If he views you as an aggro donk he probably wont try and push u off what he thinks is a weakish ace, so there's not much value in bluff-inducing. He could also just look you up with Ax or Kx, thinking ur just blindly 3 barrelling, so i would slightly lean toward b/f.

how does he suck?, i've played with him a shit load on 10/20 and seemed alright except when he monkey tilts although that has only happened once, but oh man what a sick tilt.
