Spot where i dunno what to do

When im this kind of spot, its just like i really don't know what the fuck to do, so i usually protect my hand by shoving but i feel like im losing a lot of value and i'll only get called by better...

This guy's all-in and the pot is bigger than my stack, by shoving i just make this guy play perfect against me but if i check, i might give him a free card so i guess checking is out of the question... Then im left with betting, but the pot is so big i could give this guy good odds to call me down BUT i also got the nut str8 flush draw so i want him to call obv im so confused someone plz explain to me the correct move in this spot.

Also, what you think about my PF Flat call ? i invest 14k so im not that committed and if someone pushes i can still find a fold maybe ? Or should i protect my stack + get more FE and shove on top ?

He's barely sitting on more than 3 BBs. Reshove pre, you dominate most of his range, and flip on a small amount. And you don't want anyone else behind you get involved in this hand, thus the reshove.

Ok i got the reshove pre, but what about as played on the flop ??

you dont mind a call and would probably want action against quite a bit of their range. considering the pot and pf action a shove is fine, or you can get creative and bet 1-25k to induce a shove or call with intent to shove turn
