Fold pre since you're UTG +1. I GUESS you could make an argument for calling his small reraise pre if he were weaktight or a donk, but that's still very loose.

As played I guess you could peel one street, but it's really not a good spot at all. Moral of the story is don't raise JTs from early position.

i dont mind raising it pre there, calling his small 3bet is also 100% fine. as played fold turn

he gave you a great price to see a flop, so calling the 3bet was fine
but as played you gotta fold turn cause min3bets are usually AA/KK
