Interesting poll (sleeping position)

No it's not sex position, just read something else if you expected it.
There's a thread on TL.net which i found interesting because there were a lot of ppl sleeping on their back which i really can't.

i sleep on my stomach but i also have to have my arm under my pillow, which sucks sometimes cuz bitches wanna cuddle, and i cant sleep if i do

i usuall fall asleep on my side or stomach but strangely always seem to wake up on my back so i guess i shift and sleep on my back

My sleeping positions vary. It's not like I go o bed, lie on my stomach or on my back and I can fall asleep without changing position.

But it's like, not entirely stomach, something in between of sides and stomach so your head isn't totally fucked up because that lies sideways on mah pillow, but more on the stomach than on the side.

Sleeping on ur stomach is easy a long as your nose can breathe (ie limit of a pillow or a bed).

I used to sleep mostly on my stomach but a friend who studies physiotherapy told me it was bad for the back so now Im making an effort to sleep on my back or side with arm under the pillow.

Used to sleep on my stomach from like 1st - 15th year
then i turned and now i sleep on my back

Nah sleeping on your stomach is harmful for your body in multiple ways.
Sleeping in the back is by faar healthier

the best way to sleep for your back alignment is on your side with a pillow in between your knees

and you wake up in the morning soo refreshed, i have a tempur-pedic mattress and pillow(pillow for my legs) and its pure euphoria.
