terjejo runs at 30/22 and 3bets around 9% and is a reg afaik. I stacked him on another table like 10 minutes before when I had AA, he had A4, flop came 542, he called, turn J, I bet he pushed allin I called.
Basically the history between us is that he doesnt give me much credit (or maybe he doesnt give much credit to anyone because he is a station I am not sure).

What is my best river action?

I dunno how he play but I think he has a T or you're ahead here. Dunno with how much worse he calls but if he can look you up light I guess I shove and pray. It's like KTs (3 combos), maybe like JTs (discounted for obvious reasons) and QTs that beats you. Maybe 55 but that doesn't seem likely either. He should raise turn with like anything that bets you :/. Weird spot.
