depends on how he views you.. maybe he's just looking to let you bluff your stack off to him. but if he's nitty enough to c/noplan underpairs here and is gonna fold alot of turns it's probably fine, note you'll have to barrel non diamond river too... without appropriate reads Id just check this down...

You are burning money on the turn. You have good enough reason to want a free card and most of his flop cc range likes that turn card.

fold pf usually standard, but plenty of times when i can have a sufficient read to justify calling. without a read, prob a bad call pre

if you do call pre, one decent reason is because you know (from whatever data you have) that you can profitably make triple barrels on a board like this when he lets you have the initiative
