no its not slowrolling, its just trying to fool you into thinking he has a tough decision to make, which is fine

slow rolling is when, for example, you push all in, he thinks forever, but he has a very clear call and isnt thinking at all, hes just making fun of you.

what I say is that given the odd i got to call on the turn, when he pushed i was calling with any piece (any pair, TJ TQ, Ax diamonds), so basically he knew when he pushed i was calling anything and folded air of course. and if you ever played on betfair you are given plenty of time to think before you actually have to resort to the timebank.

he doesnt know you have exactly aa. your range has air as well as made hands. he could be banking to make himself look week, or debating letting another card come and give you a chance to bluff the rest of your stack. either way this isn't even close to slowrolling
