NL 100 weird hand- river decision

I've been pretty aggro of late, basically pushing the table around. However, I'm not sure if the villain views me this way as he just sat down at the table and has only been playing a few orbits. He's 3 bet my button raise from the blinds a couple of orbits ago. I was REALLY thrown for a loops when he just flatted my 4 bet. The river is interesting, because I'd think an ace would bet the turn, this seems like nuts or air. But seriously, how often am I ahead here? I think I'm getting a little less than 4:1 to call.

Probably not, and betting gets you value from.... what hand here? JJ? Is he some fish that will show up with KQ or QJ often enough here? I'd probably just check and see what he does on river. Bet/folding here sucks the ball sacks
