Villain is something like 19/19 over a pretty small sample. Seemed decently competent.

What's your plan behind betting so small preflop and checking behind on a flop you hit? Normally I'd say bet more preflop and cbet flop and see what their action is. It wins you the pot often enough and leaves you with a lot more information than a too small bet + check on flop.

If you don't know what to do on random turns, why are you checking the flop?

Checking the flop is fine and w/e depending on why you are doing it - but certainly it shouldn't be so you can fold here

The preflop raise size is really irrelevant: It's still a lot to call for anyone not on the blinds, and I have position on the blinds so that's all good.

I'm checking the flop because I feel that if I bet, I'm only going to get action when I'm beat since all my bets would commit me to the hand. I must admit that I didn't have a plan on how to play it on the turn though.

if you're not willing to put money in on the flop with this hand you should fold it pre

Baal - look is talking hah.

you should fold it pre anyway, but you should definitely bet this flop. if it was hu then checking is a better option.

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh the fold pre is debatable, I mean yeah you do have a pretty much perfect resteal stack now, but you have a decent hand and I like to steal at the late blind lvls from EP a lot. I guess it would depend on gameflow and how I felt the table thought I was playing if I raise or fold pre. As played I would call turn and probably call most rivers. If he checks I'd value bet most (again depending on the river card)

i always lead this flop around 60%, give up to resistance

Just remember you need to be god damn sure about their tendencies. -Artanis11 http://www.pocketfives.com/profiles/neillyaa/

You tried to induce a bet by checking flop behind right?

your in a pickle now, if you call he will most likely shove any river

and a push/raise is now very risky

fold (unless the guy is a total donk )

Heat......EXTEND
