For serious. A fold here is pretty outrageous given that there are at least a couple other hands just as likely as 10/9 that you could be shown. I mean I know it's no 10/4 off suit on an A high board against an old nit, but seriously. |

Seriously I think he never shows up with a set (he raises 66-88 preflop here esp vs the button fish) and never plays any 2 pair this strong, so I think it's like 54 95 T9 or some super 9Xhh combo draw. |

very easy shove flop imo, many cards fuck us and/or kill our action to just flat.
Plus dont u think its likely if he raises 66-88 that he also raises T9s or T9o? I know i would cuz its a good 1 pair hand as well as a drawy one |

i think 5-9 offsuit is a hand that can be considered as a "trouble hand". if you hit a pair, 2 pairs, or even a straight, you cannot even be sure you have the best hand! i would fold this hand before the flop. |

bet/call lead/punt dont/fold
lol, but seriously i think clay and cosmo make a good point here but arent saying it clearly enough. I highly think folding here means you have a strong read on the opponent and how he played all made hands on this board. That being said, in conjunction with clay's analysis on how Az0r plays a fold sounds annoying but optimal |

folding here is horrendous
he has T9 just as often as 45 (thus cancelling each other out) and has other hands in his range (every single one of which you are ahead of) and there is dead money
this is 100% a +EV shove no matter what and the only question is whether flat call -> get it in safe turn or shove now is best.

4/5...and I'm not sure how you could totally rule out other hands like 6's or 7's. SB is not always raising 6's in SB PF even if the button is a fish. Who goes out of his way to play 6's oop possibly against two players? How you can 'completely' rule out 6's or 7's even if you may think it's not as likely is beyond me. Double draw? Pair and a draw? Everything that 5/9 is ahead of. Granted even though it may scream 9/T sometimes, I don't see how you can really justify a fold given even the tightest range (you mentioned it up top). Your one raise to his donk lead could mean so many things to him so it's difficult to put his range on one single hand. Seriously wtf. I'm so confused. |
