I just gotta back cap really quick in saying that while, YES, there IS AN ISLAND on the fartherst northwest part of alaska that can see russia, PALIN HAS NEVER BEEN THERE, so she's never seen russia from alaska. Also, even if she DID, that obviously is completely meaningless. All the people on that island can see Russian and I'd say that they are almost certainly not foreign policy czars.
