on how many hands do you consider to beat one level at a constant winrate . Say u beat 400 nl on 40k,60k,80k,100k hands for 4,5 ptbb/100 |

wow, my approach is so different
im like, building bankroll from scratch then moving up, when i got enought money to move up i feel like im beating current level and then moving down if somethings suckouty/spewy/fishy happens |

doesn't matter winrate is always changing
just move up when you are confident and you have some money, move down if you start losing, rinse/repeat
if you beat nl200 for 20k hands and you decide to play 20k more hands before moving to 2/4 well that just doesn't make any sense at all. instead, move to 2/4 but be prepared to move back down if you lose $1k.
people are always trying to make huge jumps...like "oh when i start playing 2/4 i want to be able to lose 50 buyins stubbornly before i move back down and try to learn from what went wrong" |

ptbb = 2xbb/100
ptbb refers to poker tracker big bet (limit) and not big blind. Everything over 4 ptbb/100 is considered good. Now it's up to you to move up in limits but always be sure to be at least properly rolled for it. |
