I'd be interested in the same thing because I've never played live in a casino before I heard it's sick soft compared to even the fishiest sites... so I am quite interested in maybe trying some live poker soon...
Maybe some Dutch people around to talk in particular about the level in Dutch casino's ?? Obviously, everybody's opinion on live experience is much appreciated... |

I seriously doubt a 2/2 game would play like anything like $1/$2 online. Expect something closer to 5nl standard. |

(I've never played Live, my opinion is solely based on what I've read in B&M on 2p2) |

The game will most probably be much softer than the nl25 games your friend is used to.
Swings live are usually much smaller than online, but it's still poker and variance can hit you hard. I'd suggest both you and your friend still go for the minimum buy-in given the stakes you play and all the circumstances you mentioned. |

the game will be really really soft. just bring 500 euros and if you are feeling tilted/bad after losing 200 or 300 or whatever, then just quit and cut your losses. otherwise you'll probably win anyway and have a great time. gl |

I realized in rereading your post that your playing a higher limit than both of you are used to
meaning this $ probably matters but ur just wanting to have fun
take w/e the total amount is u both don't mind losing at all
if ur only playing one night, then take it all with ya whan ya play
if ur playing two nights then only take half the first night, leaving the other half in your room or something so you at least gotta walk to go get it or you talk the session over w/ your friend before goin the 2nd night
