lol wat

this isn't 2/4 FR where everyone plays their hand face-up and takes the same line with a hand every time

not all who wander are lost

this is similar to banging head against concrete walls, diffrent people realize after differing time periods that its futile, just hope you arent boar on chinese horoscope, boar take long time....

edit : in fact just for comparison purposes , i think i would rather c/c and hope he has 67 / floated you rather than try to bluff this again.

If this is +EV it means villain is floating a lot, which means a check shove would probably be much more +EV.

haha ok soah, you're right i dont play in these games but i don't see how that can be a profitable line.

w/e though, if he has a monster he isn't folding, if he's bad he isn't folding whatever he has.

I think It's a pretty dumb line to take with your current hand

Im not sure what to do tomorrow when I see her, should I shake her hand?? -Floofy

im gonna explain a little what i thought,

first of all i'm never putting him on a pair, I think he jams any decent pair (66+) preflop if he suspects im squeezing, and if he suspects im squeezing theres no reason for him to call with any of those anyway because just a little less than half the deck is bad for him on the flop and hes gonna play a guessing game.

And in anycase even if he did called with a medium pair, he would be minraising or shoving flop imo.

The only real problem is that he could potentially be slowplaying a monster but it's unlikely, because i haven't seen him slowplay anything really and pewpew isn't an active squeezer (I am, but not that much oop, I just saw too much money not to squeeze there).

For these reasons, I'm putting him here squarely on ATs-AQ type hand that called preflop to get even more money from a worse hand, maybe KQ or KJs, just floating flop but I don't think he will bet this particular turn if I check to him, because he knows (and i probably will anyway) check if I have a monster here, thus BETTING with his showdanable hand would be a pretty bad play there (at least imo)

I shoved here for protection, because I do think I have the best hand (i made the title misleading on purpouse to see responses), but didn't really wanted to see a river card as he could 6 outter me and the pot was already big enough.

Still.., im unsure of this thought process that's why i'm posting, maybe a small bet on turn to induce a shove would be better? asdf fml

Also Fayth i appreciate you posting on my hand, but would be nice to hear a little explanation as to why.

PD : There I explained myself, anything helps, if u think my thought process is awful that's great but explain me why.

Afaik this guy is a huge nit that spazzes out sometimes. He flats opens from the CO in the BT with hands like TT/JJ and I don't think he puts in money light unless he seems tilty.

I would probably check it down although he probably folds hands like 66 to a turn shove because he is kind of nitty and doesn't make big calls. I however think he has a bigger pair here almost always. A hand like TT/JJ is most likely imo.

I dont see why villain cant have a ton of low to mid PPs here.. I think it makes much more sense for him to flat flop and get it in on the turn.. unless you have a specific read that he wont do that

locoo   Peru. Oct 09 2008 15:04. Posts 4566

i dont have the specific read, but wouldn't it be bad to flat here w/ a low/mid pp as a general rule if he thinks im squeezing? I mean half the deck is gonna be a scarecard for him since in his eyes I would have any2? or am i missing something

i'm still so unsure about this one. Oh well, what now? obv he didn't have a boat (i guess a small PP is possible, he does think im FOS a lot), is it too bad to just go and protect my hand by bettin when i just will be not sure what the optimal play is gonna be? Gotta say i just shoved cuz i have a boat and fuck him
