Don't know anything about the villain. I can't see myself folding the hand at this juncture though since a) he likely puts me on a draw b) his line makes no sense for a hand that actually beats me. River is more tricky. I will likely check-call a river that misses all draws and check-fold if he bets on boards where draws complete. What do you guys think?

EDIT: Yes, he could have QT here, but that's not very likely.

why are you leading flop?

what wackass site is this nigga?

I'd fold because
a) he min-raises the button with a super wide range so it is possible that he has Q8,Q6 apart from the standard possibilities like QT,J9
b) it is also conceivable that he doesn't want to raise you with an overpair on the flop, because most ppl when they lead a flop like this they're bet-3betting and he won't most likely won't be a favourite against that range

But, wow, did he butcher this hand. What was he thinking?

Peace of mind cant be bought.

@ tomson - i think your second point isnt so applicable when the person is minraising from the btn and dealing with a 3bb lead

Point a) is the overriding factor though.

b) is me being cute and assuming other ppl can think this way.

Good point about weak raising range=potential Q8/Q6. That is definitely something to consider. To me a hand like that would seem like a questionable raise on this board though because it seems that's turning it into a bluff. There have to be better hands in my range, and turned Q completes J9 OESD. It's just such a shitty board to be playing aggressively with non-top 2-pair. Additionally, the fact that I have a Q in my hand, just as in case of QT, makes it all that much less likely that he has another Q in his range. What are your thoughts on this line of reasoning?

Also, now that I am looking at the HH, I definitely should have made my flop lead bigger. I think I misread the size of the pot on flop. Should have been 21 at least.

i'd prob call and check river/expect a large bet on river/call river expecting to be yelling "BAM, GOT HIM" and then high-fiving pooruser and then taking a lot more of kelisitaan's bankroll in the next few hours.

depends on villain, if leading smaller is gonna cause extreme monkey spewing later, plus with the added unreal rage-tilt factor, i prefer the smaller lead

for some reason people always pay him off. he gets more action than anyone i play with, even though he always has the goods every time i've seen him get looked up.

messed up on the flop
i dont like leading because u get rr alot which puts you into bad situations
he has a set most of the time but without having any history i call flop and turn bet then fold any blank riv
if he turns over a bluff he deserves to win the hand
