Regarding FTP rakeback

this is for 5/10 blinds. Let's say no one called yet and I raise to a dollar and everyone else folds and i win the 1.15 pot, does this mean I've basicly won nothing bececause FTP raked 10 %? Or better yet what if I go allin with 20 dollars right off the bat would that mean I'm actually losing money if no one calls that?

The rake is taken from pots only when the flop is dealt. If you win pot by preflop raise, there is no rake

Well what if the flop pot is a dollar and I raise it to 30?

If nobody calls it then you don't pay rake,
uncalled bets are returned
