I think he's saying that he will probably get scammed.

still ways to scam even if you send first. i think ket was victim to this a while back - people can have dirty money from cc fraud or whatever it may be and the site doesn't care if you did a xfer they will take the money.

i might be paranoid though

this is exactly how they do it.

esp. sketchy when the depo amount is $600 or < which is usually what the limit is for a first time depo.

guy is probably a scammer. imo these days you're guilty of being a scammer until proven innocent through being a regular for 6+ months.

basically they deposit $500 on say stars using a fake CC. then ask for money on another site and send first. by the time stars catches up with the fake CC they trace the $ to you who did the trade and confiscate it since they can't in theory prove you werent corroborating with the scammer.
