Do you only get rake back for pots you win or does it work in some other way?

If you were dealt a hand and the pot gets large enough to award an FPP, you get one. You don't have to have put any money in the pot.

There are 2 ways of determining how much rakeback you get per hand:

- Dealt: Then every player that gets deal a hand receives the same amount (excellent for nits)

- Contributed: It's determined by calculating how much you actually paid in the hand.

It depends on the room where the rakeback is offered, you can see the type of rake calculation at the frontpage of our rakeback site:

Ftp uses the dealt rake method

Does that mean that even if I fold ill get rake for what the others play?

Stars is as long you are dealt and stay until the END of the hand.
.40 for NL1/2 n lower for first fpp, then $2 6max or $3 fr for 2nd fpp.
