I did a search but most threads seemed old (PT3 or HM were in beta)

I finally am considering upgrading to PT3 over PT2, but want to make sure that shelling out the 75$ is the most +EV. I guess most users just use one program or the other, but there anybody that can compare the two products? Discussion over the trackers would be great. Tabletracker seems very useful, but it'll just be yet another expense monthly, ughhh.

I am about to buy one (i am also using pt2 atm) and I guess I am more leaning towards HM.

how easy is it to convert pt3 databases into HEM databases?

the new stable release fixed alot of the bugs in PT3, but I'd still go with HEM.. seems like a better designed product, and the HUD stats are more comprehensive it seems.
