Is he like 10/7/2? Otherwise, the only reason you're flatting this preflop (maybe 20% of the time max, although it's your preference; my frequency is about 5%) is to trap him for extra money on later streets and to balance your range. Now, even if he is 10/7, your hand is way under-represented and you can never fold. But you out-think yourself and make a FPS fold.

definetely top 5 of most expensive folds i ever saw. i think it doesn't really matter as much whether you call or raise as long as you DONT fold here.

as i was reading through hh i was like "oh ok, he is going for the trappy kk" and flop hits and im like "oh ok, he has nuts, he is really gonna go for the trappy kk play" and then fold... so depressing :/

It especially pits me to tilt when I feel like I am running bad, never getting action and just pray I would hit something like this once in every 2k hands then BAMM you fold and break my heart. I gonna drink one more shot this evening just for reading this HH....
