It LOOKS like he had two pair or a set and just value towned you.
It's NL5 and people play really crazy and you get value from weaker aces but I don't think many people at this level raise their weak aces, they only do it with good hands.

I don't play FR and never have, but after being raised on the flop and the FD hitting on the turn, your line of c/r -> shove seems somewhat suicidal.

3bet preflop for value

and i actually think donk/fold turn might be best.

you are 200bb deep

If he raises you can give up putting him on a better hand, but if he calls you get a lot of information as well as value and can play the river optimally based on what card falls. If you go for the c/c you give him freebies and play a river blind.

unless you want to c/f which can be ok depending on what kind of range you put him on.

don't like check / calling so much unless he can be bluffing enough.

check/raising is probably your worst turn action choice

Learn to appreciate the value of the dollar. The rest is easy.

you underplayed the hand pf and overplayed it on the turn. that's not a good combo. you either slowplay it preflop and potcontrol at least a little bit with TP or you play it hard PF and play it hard postflop. because its so deep i don't really like playing for stacks on the flop and neither on turn. so just call turn and check/call river or make some 1/2 pot blocker or something.

check fold turn
if you didn't do that, check fold river
