payout structure default is 50% for first , 30% for second, 20% for third. This as well as any other scoring or league setting issue is welcome to debate from league members. Scammer defense is 100% guaranteed since payment is required in full before the start of draft. I've commished quite a few LP leagues so far and I've always collected, held and disbursed the money. I'm sure there are quite a few people on this site that will attest to my integrity on these matters. But if people prefer, we can find a trustworthy neutral third part to escrow the funds. Either way, as commish, I will guarantee the payouts by requiring payment before the draft.
