3 bet pot and you have the nut flush draw and overcards with a backdoor straight draw.
time to gambool. Best case you're going against another draw. Worst case you're going against a set.. and even against a set you're probably still 25% or some equity against. |

hmmmm
HMMMM HMM HMM your equity kinda sucks when getting allin on this board, because of the Q which counterfeits your overcards often (he'll have KQ AQ), and the fact that there just aren't many pairs you want to gamble with since JJ isn't very likely to raise/call here.
i probably call the flop, and if i spike a heart then i check/shove, and if i spike an ace or king then i check/evaluate. basically when i spike an ace or king i'm just asking myself whether i think my opponent has any sense of caution, or whether he just KNOWS his hand is good. |

If i'm against a standard tag player which i'm pretty sure is the case here, can I just go and flat out assume he has a made hand that's probably better than KQ, AQ for instance which you pointed out? It's possible he has a heavy draw of some kind 10hJh perhaps. Or then you have the set combinations which kinda hurt me but it's a 3bet pot so anything's possible if he's setmining here with a pair of sevens and I still have equity against that type of hand. Kinda curious to know your input on why shoving is not the correct play if we presume villain has something else that does not counterfeit the hand

wtf? calling here?
i'm a total fish in comparison, but calling like 8.75 into 20.05 for like $2.3:$1 when he's only got less than $9 behind and you've got 8 outs to make the top nuts and probably ROTUNDA REVERSE IMPLIED ODDS on a ton of turn cards that actually improve your hand plus redraws or whatever they're called for your opponent how can calling here ever be right? |
