First of all both villains seemed like decent regs, I'm not worried about them outplaying me or anything but rather how I should be playing these hands. I think I played them quite badly and it's been bugging me.

1st Hand:

I call 3B a lot with AQ in position for the reason that many people will 3Bet TT, JJ, KK (obviously) and that I will be able to outflop them a certain amount of the time. This has always worked for me for the most part so far, but I guess I shouldn't be calling with this because I'm behind most of the time? Anyways, his bet on the flop seemed standard and his check on the turn made me think that perhaps he has KK or such. Of course AK is still a big possibility here. I just want to know if I could have gotten away from this post flop, and whether I should be mucking it preflop.

Hand 2:

Naked flush draw on monotone flop - How should I play this? Is it fine to lead this flop multiway? Perhaps I should just check it? What should I do when I face a raise like that on the flop? I figured he has a set/flopped flush. Doesn't look like my equity is that great here. Should I just fold the flop raise or the turn bet? I guess my hand is not that great here but I see a lot of people saying they can't fold with the Ac here. I guess I should be playing this like a normal FD where I would fold to the raise.

P.S. how do I make the spoiler tags so that I can put the hands in there in the future? There'll be a lot less clutter.

just write SPOILER in square brackets and /SPOILER in square brackets before and after the hand historys

hand 1 i generally do the same as you with AQ pf IP, but am more tempted to pitch it with a raise to 4x, (unless i know thats his standard 3bet sizing), - when they throw in those 1 or 2 extra BB it seems quite transparent that i'm against QQ KK AA AK.

if you don't think he's 3betting too light, you could have raised the flop to see where ur at and it would have cost you around the same overall. if you look at the hand from his point of view, the only realistic hand he beats once you call that flop bet, is AQ or possibly a high pocket pair. the check behind on the turn was nice imo - if you're way ahead of 99-KK then he's folding, and he might have vbet KK on the river, or if checked to you, you definately have to vbet it yourself to a similar amount.

hand 2 i'm not sure myself how to play this multiway. as the pf agressor i'm in no doubt you should cbet but from there i don't know if you should call or 3bet - probably very player dependant and how deep you are

First hand I think is tough. I do the same IP with AQ unless I have history or stats that the guy 3bets only a v small %. From then on I struggle to know how it's best to play this (so maybe I shouldn't flat it!). If you raise flop as Yaffie suggests I can't see him folding AK here so if he flats you will still end up probably checking back turn and still having a difficult decision on the river.

Hand 2 multiway I lead flop and I think probably fold to the solid raise with this many callers PF - classic set mining territory and when villain raises with 2 yet to act he isn't doing it with air, an overpair or anything semi-bluffy imo - this is a set or flopped flush (or he's an idiot of course but you discounted that in the post).

Hand 1 is played fine imo.

u may fold preflop for the reasons Yaffie said.
his preflop raise is soo big .. that probably something is going on there.
the way u played id he might do a value bet with ATs,KK,AQ on this river quite often

I dont liek reraising this flop for the following reason
All non A and worse A will fold and u wont get value from them ever
3 betting for imformation is generally a very newb play most of the time imo.

hand 2

This is a situation were i will check/call the flop
and check/fold turn depending on betsize and turncard
the reason is the multiway pot tend to go very big very quickly
SO either i try to keep pot kinda small or i check/push in flop over a bet depending on villians
In your situation i fold to the 3 bet , cause he has a set or 2 pair here always unless hes totally retarded
