how do you handle tilted opponents?

So, right now i'm playing on a table with someone who's very obviously tilted. He's going on and on in the chat about how unfair it is that everyone always gets AA against him, and how Pokerstars obviously hates him. How do you usually handle these guys? Do you bet more against them assuming they'll call with air? Avoid them? And do you try to tilt them more by talking to them, or do you just ignore them?

I say in typical microstakes, the table talk really means very little. You can tell if they're really tilted by their bet sizing.

just try to play a lot of pots with them and if you get a good hand then value bet them to death. don't bluff them. give them credit for playing mediocre hands like the nuts and semibluffing more often, but probably flat-out bluffing with air less often.

the fact that you are playing a lot of pots with them will add to their tilt, but you're still not gonna win that many pots agianst them, you'll just win more big pots

What do you mean by "mediocre hands like the nuts"? Do you mean that they go all in easily when they have only mediocre hands?
