To decide whether you have any FE you need to 3bet pf as a minimum to narrow down his range (what are his stats?). then depending on what happens you can decide to either raise or fold his cbet on the flop. If you raise and get called on the flop you would have know that you had no FE with this board and protected your stack.

You need FE to make shoving the turn even possibly +EV imo.

CTS has never flatted AKs preflop in his life

This isn't nearly as terrible as you all make it out to be.
Hand me AKs in this situation on that flop, and I'm floating/bluffraising the flop 100% of the time because it misses so much of the villains range.
Really, sometimes its better to flat AK pre because 3betting often folds out hands we extract most value from ie. weaker Ax.
Sucks that you are all too fucking blind to see the truth.
