nothing you can beat here except for bluff, which i don't think is the case since he raised flop

Imo if you bet the turn (and he's half decent) he folds everything except a 10. Therefore it's probably profitable to bet to fold out 9s or overpairs?

~230 bb ain't "pretty deep" - OOP sux - but I don't see how c/f is any good since you are c/r the flop on paired board? He'll bet most of his range on the turn - I'd bet (2/3) fold to shove - c/f river to unknown.

3bet pre. as played don't bet turn, i think the only way you can possibly profit from here on out is c/cing to induce bluffs from missed straight draws, flush draws, counterfeited underpairs, some random flop floats with ace high or whatnot. all those hands you beat, but none of them call a turn bet. another reason checking turn is good is that most people won't bet the turn with QQ-AA on this board like ever, so when he bets the turn he has like Tx, 99, MAYBE a naked nine, or he has nothing. that doesn't mean that i think c/c > c/f, really depends on how often he bluffs, if it's close to never then you just check fold the turn.
