What to do-short stack shoves turn scare card NL50

This is literally the first hand played with this guy at the table and no history. I hate this situation as I instictively give little credit to short stacks esp when he posts and his call pre and on the turn makes me think any PP except probably AA/KK/QQ or AQ/AK or air.

Ok - I was tilting a little as just had a shove monkey short stack idiot on my left before him that was pissing me off and someone else stacked him rather than me......so I called and he showed up with 66. The trouble is that I know it was wrong but it's gonna make it harder to make the right decision next time.
