Got a Lexus Ls400 95'. My car clock and a/c has stopped working. I went to check the fuse box under the steering wheel and changed a blown 15amp mini fuse. It works fine for 1 week then BOOM, it died again. Went to buy another box of fuses to put in but now as soon as I put in the fuse it blows when the engine starts, gg 3 more fuses. What do I do?? |

Try getting a bigger fuse. |

Go to a mechanic. Do NOT put in a higher rated fuse. |

What is a good automotive mechanic branch I can go too? By good I mean trustworthy I know if I go to the Lexus dealership they are going to rip me a new one and probably not even fix it. If possible is there anything I can check to try and fix myself? |

usually I use a single copper wire in these cases and just bypass the whole fuse box.
Fuse boxes are gay. |

Try to find car forums based on your specific car model. This worked well for my motorcycle and my problem was solved without a costly trip to the mechanic. |

ROFL of hits millenium
btw you have a short circuit thats why it blows everytime u put a fuse, if you "byapass" the fuse it will simply blow something more expensive so dont, just get ur electric system cheked, its quite easy. |
